Job summary

Veolia seeks a Senior Project Engineer to plan and perform commissioning of mechanical systems in mission-critical facilities, including data centers. The role requires self-motivation, strong understanding of building mechanical systems, and leadership of field activities from design through occupancy.

You will review designs, prepare procedures, conduct tests, document results, and mentor junior engineers while liaising with project teams and clients.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years on mission critical projects.
• PE License preferred; commissioning certification a plus.
• Experience with data center environments and complex mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning activities from design through occupancy.
• Review designs for client goals and prepare procedures.
• Document results and test procedures; mentor junior engineers.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and teams to schedule field work.
