Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
• 10+ years of experience in project engineering, applications engineering, or technical project management
• Strong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
• Experience working with production/manufacturing environments

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions with customers to clarify requirements, specifications, and performance expectations
• Translate customer needs into detailed engineering documentation, scope definitions, and internal work instructions
• Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, production planning, and quality teams to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and achievable
• Review and approve engineering deliverables, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and internal standards
• Ensure sales orders are accurately entered with complete technical details, configurations, and customer requirements
• Lead regular update meetings with customers and internal teams, providing clear status reports, action items, and timelines
