Job summary

Real Staffing Group is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager / Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead engineering operations in a highly regulated manufacturing environment in Branchburg, NJ. • 3-5+ years of leadership experience managing technical or engineering teams.
• Experience leading equipment qualification, process validation, change control, and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team while managing project priorities and departmental objectives.
• Oversee equipment troubleshooting, root cause investigations, preventive maintenance, calibrations, qualifications, and validation activities.
• Drive capital projects involving facility upgrades, equipment improvements, and capacity expansion initiatives.

A growing life sciences organization is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager / Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead engineering operations within a highly regulated manufacturing environment. This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of critical production equipment while driving continuous improvement initiatives across engineering, operations, quality, and R&D functions.
