The role requires independently producing high-quality mechanical design deliverables in Revit and leading project delivery teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Active California Professional Engineer license.
8+ years of progressive mechanical engineering experience.
Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.
Proficient in Autodesk Revit for design documents.
Strong client-facing and business development skills.
Ability to travel locally and regionally.

Responsibilities

Lead business development for mechanical facilities in California.
Develop client relationships and pursue opportunities.
Produce mechanical design deliverables using Revit.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other disciplines.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring.
Support project delivery from planning to closeout.
