Job summary

C&S Companies seeks a Senior Project Engineer to support the SESW Facilities team in San Diego. Licensed mechanical engineer with a strong business development focus and capability to produce high-quality Revit deliverables.

The role involves growing the mechanical facilities presence in California, building client relationships, identifying opportunities, and supporting proposal activities, with hands-on engineering leadership across design, coordination, and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in California.
• 8+ years of progressive mechanical engineering experience supporting facilities, building systems, or vertical infrastructure projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, including independent production of mechanical models and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support business development activities for mechanical facilities services throughout California.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, owners, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Perform mechanical engineering design for HVAC, plumbing, hydronic, central plant, ventilation, and related systems.
