Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Mechanical Process Design Lead to direct large groundwater and wastewater projects. You will lead the mechanical design, develop P&IDs, flow diagrams, layouts, and 3D models using AutoCAD Plant 3D and Revit MEP.

Expect a role shaping design Basis, specs, and technical documents with cross-disciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will have a PE license, a Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent), and extensive experience in wastewater treatment design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering with 15+ years of wastewater process design.
• Or an Associate's degree with 20+ years in wastewater process design.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Responsibilities

• Lead process mechanical design for large groundwater and wastewater projects.
• Develop functional, constructible process mechanical designs and layouts.
• Create 3D models, specs, and technical documentation; use Plant 3D and Revit.
• Prepare Basis of Design reports and process control narratives.
• Serve as mechanical lead on large multidisciplinary projects.
