This role requires collaboration across teams to meet targets and advance development. The candidate will perform defined engineering assignments with minimal supervision and mentor peers, expanding technical knowledge and contributing to project plans and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Automotive or similar STEM).
• At least 5 years of automotive industry experience.
• Strong computer and data analysis tool skills (ETAS, Vector).
• Proficiency with Matlab/Simulink; advanced Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Test, support design, and bring powertrain components into vehicles.
• Ensure designs meet market, regulatory, and manufacturing targets.
• Train peers and provide engineering support within projects.
• Manage project plans, schedules, and budgets where applicable.
