Solid Rock Recruiting, LLC. is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager for commercial mechanical construction projects in the Twin Cities area.

The role focuses on overseeing projects from planning through completion, driving financial performance, and sustaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate has HVAC, sheet metal, ductwork, or plumbing experience, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and a track record of managing multiple projects with effective communication.

Qualifications

• Commercial mechanical construction project management experience preferred.
• Background in HVAC, sheet metal, ductwork, or plumbing.
• Understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and financial performance.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain productive customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, labor coordination, material procurement, and subcontractors.
• Monitor job costs, project financials, and profitability.
• Coordinate with general contractors, customers, engineers, vendors, and field personnel.
• Manage change orders, project documentation, and customer communications.
• Maintain strong relationships with established customers and project partners.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to specifications.
