Job summary

gpac is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager for a major 2-3 year commercial construction project in Little Rock, AR. Hybrid work environment with travel compensation and a path to a permanent leadership role after project completion.

You will lead full lifecycle management of large-scale mechanical projects, directing budgets, schedules, field operations, and client/GC relationships to deliver safe, successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in mechanical construction project management (HVAC, piping, plumbing, or industrial systems).
• Proven track record managing commercial mechanical project budgets, schedules, and teams.
• Previous experience with General Contractors (GCs) preferred, but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Manage commercial mechanical construction projects from start to finish.
• Budget & Schedule: Oversee project financials, cost controls, scheduling, and overall performance.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and direct project teams to ensure successful, safe completion.
• Client Relations: Manage key relationships with clients, General Contractors (GCs), and stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Proactively resolve project issues, scope changes, and field bottlenecks.
