Job summary

Comprehensive Energy Services, Inc. is hiring a commercial construction Mechanical/Plumbing Superintendent in Florida. The role supervises field teams, coordinates trades, and ensures project starts and finishes align with company processes.

Strong mechanical and plumbing trade knowledge is essential, with a focus on meeting project goals safely and efficiently. The Superintendent reports to the Field Operations Manager and collaborates with foremen, project managers, BIM, and other construction

Qualifications

• Plan and supervise CES trade activities including construction method, manpower, materials, equipment, temporary power, work schedule, and daily progress.
• Coordinate work with CES trades, other departments, and subcontractors on projects.
• Monitor and track projects to ensure start and finish plans are in place, and support steps to complete plans.
• Provide input on means, methods and best practices for field operations.
• Attend Kick-Off and Labor Forecasting meetings and other required discussions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and document performance of assigned personnel and forecast manpower needs.
• Document changes in work scope accurately.
• Prepare time and material estimates for directed contract changes.
