Job summary

Power Design seeks a Mechanical Superintendent to lead our field crews on multimillion-dollar projects in Florida. This leadership role directs the project team to meet schedule, quality, safety, and customer expectations while coordinating with inspectors and other trades.

The ideal candidate holds an active HVAC or Plumbing license, OSHA 30 preferred, and has 10+ years of experience managing crews, with solid knowledge of the National Building Code and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience supervising field crews on large construction projects.
• Active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license.
• Strong knowledge of National Building Code and safety requirements.
• Proficient in English speaking, reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train field project teams to deliver on time.
• Plan and direct production of contracted work.
• Foster relationships with customers, inspectors and trades.
• Coordinate meetings to resolve conflicts with general contractor.
• Ensure installations meet quality and code standards.
• Manage materials and staff to meet the schedule.
• Uphold Power Design's quality, safety and best practices.
