Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Plumbing Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations for large commercial projects in Florida. The role requires strong safety leadership, coordination of trades, and management of schedules and budgets to deliver on-time results.

The candidate must have 5+ years as a Plumbing Superintendent, a valid state plumbing license, med-gas experience, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. This is a full-time exempt position reporting to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of verifiable experience as a Plumbing Superintendent.
• Experience in LARGE commercial construction ($20M+).
• Med-gas experience is required.
• At least 6 months of safety training.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations for assigned projects.
• Maintain safe and secure work environment and conduct safety meetings.
• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities and subcontractors.
• Manage field personnel priorities, staffing, and performance reviews.
• Ensure project start-up, commissioning, and quality assurance meet company standards.
