Job summary

ACS Professional Staffing is seeking a Mechanical Planner - Valve Maintenance II to plan, prepare, and coordinate mechanical work packages for the Construction and Project Management organization on large and small projects. The role ensures safety, reliability, and compliance with policies and applicable codes; on-site in Richland, WA.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in business with 6+ years of commercial nuclear plant experience (or 8+ years), plus Primavera experience and willingness to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business and 6+ years of commercial nuclear power plant experience, or 8+ years.
• Passport and Primavera experience.
• Experience preparing weld records; PMP certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare work instructions for Mechanical-Electrical and maintenance teams.
• Procure materials and approve purchases for work packages.
• Conduct field walkdowns to refine work package quality.
• Coordinate with Work Management, Supply, Operations, and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Define procedures, drawings, equipment, and materials for planned work.
• Manage and review work packages to ensure safety and compliance with codes and standards.
