Job summary

RNGD is seeking a Foreman focused on Mechanical Piping to lead the project labor crew and oversee safe, efficient execution of process piping tasks. You will coordinate layout, installation sequencing, material staging, and quality checks across stainless, carbon steel, PVC/HDPE piping, and buried utilities, while aligning with project schedules and drawings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 5+ years of construction experience with process/mechanical piping preferred.
• Experience reading drawings, piping plans, isometrics, specs and schedules.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic project technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the project labor team with coaching and mentoring; drive safety and accountability.
• Coordinate task schedules, supervise daily crew activities, and align with project timelines.
• Ensure quality and safety by enforcing standards, testing readiness, and coordinating with other trades.
