Qualifications

• Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade mechanical systems to maximize uptime and safety.
• Interpret service manuals, blueprints, and schematics to diagnose issues.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and coordinate parts as needed.
• Apply knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-controlled systems to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Operate and leverage MIG welding to support maintenance and repair activities.
• Follow safety practices and housekeeping standards to ensure a safe work environment.
• Coach less experienced technicians and share maintenance best practices.
• Collaborate across teams to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
