Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and technical training relevant to industrial maintenance.
• Experience in automotive/manufacturing environments preferred.
• Familiarity with HSE standards and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
• Inspect and maintain TPM standards; document work and parts usage.
• Lead safety practices and participate in ongoing process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex maintenance issues.
