Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical design for refinery and industrial capital projects. You will oversee process piping, fixed equipment, and mechanical systems while guiding multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced EPC environment.

The role requires strong leadership, mentoring, and a deep understanding of ASME B31.1/31.3, API standards, NBIC, and project execution. Hybrid work with field engagement is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience, with refinery/industrial exposure.
• Experience leading engineering deliverables and providing technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical engineering activities for refinery and industrial projects.
• Provide technical leadership for piping, fixed equipment, and mechanical systems.
• Review calculations, analyses, and design documentation for compliance with codes.
