Job summary

Qualifications

• ABET/EAC-accredited degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 13+ years of mechanical design experience in architectural projects, or 14+ with a different degree, or 16+ with a non-U.S. degree and English fluency.
• Licensed PE in the United States with an active NCEES record.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical and plumbing design for architectural projects, including HVAC, controls, and plumbing systems.
• Review drawings, calculations, specs and reports for quality and accuracy.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Direct AutoCAD and Revit production, including constructability and quality reviews.
• Prepare and review engineering narratives and specifications.
• Manage project budgets, schedules and client engagement.
