Job summary

Par Health is seeking an experienced Maintenance/ Reliability Engineer to support plant fixed equipment, manage predictive, preventive, and PdM programs, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will analyze failures, develop engineering solutions, and lead continuous improvement in maintenance strategies.

The role requires 10+ years in plant maintenance, API 510/570/653 knowledge, and strong collaboration with project engineering to enhance reliability and uptime.

Qualifications

• B.S. in chemical, corrosion, materials or mechanical engineering.
• API 510/570/653 certifications desired.
• 10+ years of plant engineering or maintenance/reliability experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with supervisors to schedule and perform preventive maintenance.
• Provide technical resources and scoping for repairs.
• Analyze data and histories to refine PM and PdM strategies.
• Perform API 510, 570 and 653 inspections.
• Lead root cause failure analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop PM strategies and optimize maintenance costs.
• Manage contractors and capital maintenance projects.
