Job summary
NEXPERA in El Paso, TX seeks a Reliability Engineer to lead the mechanical integrity program and provide maintenance and reliability engineering support for the Borderland site. You will drive programs that improve asset reliability, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance equipment performance across the site.
Responsibilities include overseeing API 510/570/653 inspections, developing maintenance plans, reviewing post-inspection reports, and coordinating repair activities with field teams.
Qualifications
- Experience in reliability engineering and asset performance.
- Knowledge of API 510/570/653 inspection standards.
- Familiarity with OSHA 1910.119 (PSM) and RAGAGEP.
- Experience with SAP maintenance modules.
Responsibilities
- Reliability Engineering & Asset Performance: lead monitoring and improve asset reliability.
- Inspection, Compliance & Mechanical Integrity: oversee API inspections and regulatory compliance.
- Documentation & Reporting: maintain inspection history and MIQA documentation.
- Repair, Maintenance & Field Support: coordinate maintenance and repair execution.
- Quality Assurance & Technical Oversight: develop QA/QC plans and review NDE results.
- Project & Program Management: plan reliability improvement projects and field execution.
