Dematic is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor for diverse customer projects across the continental USA, with up to 100% travel to sites. You will oversee installation quality, safety, and site reporting while leading contractor training on material handling equipment.

The role requires a minimum of ten years in electromechanical troubleshooting, experience with AGVS/AS/RS or conveyors, OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 preferred), and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifikationen

• Ten years of experience troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.
• Service experience with AGVS, AS/RS, or conveyors is helpful.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for installation quality on the project site, including manufacturing and subcontractor quality.
• Responsible for safety audits and on-site safety.
• Provides on-site reporting to the project manager and/or customer.
• Assists with training of contract labor and subcontractors in installation of material handling equipment.
• Writes concise trip reports per Dematic procedures.
• Identifies problems and suggests practical solutions when issues arise.
• Travel up to 100% and be on call as needed.
