Mitsubishi Power Americas seeks a Mechanical Technical Field Advisor III to act as the primary field authority for mechanical installations across large EPC projects. You will lead high-risk work, enforce safety standards, and ensure first-time quality while coordinating with EPC partners and site teams.

The role emphasizes field leadership, heavy travel up to 80%, and ongoing collaboration to meet schedule and cost targets across power plant sites.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent power plant construction experience.
• Eight (8) or more years of progressive mechanical field experience on large EPC power projects.
• Extensive experience with Mitsubishi Power or comparable OEM GTCC installations.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary site-level mechanical authority for Mitsubishi Power-supplied equipment.
• Lead high-risk and complex work planning, including critical lifts and schedule-critical activities.
• Drive a Zero Injuries mindset by leading Job Hazard Analyses and coaching site leadership.
• Champion first-time quality execution by shaping installation strategies and readiness checks.
• Prepare and issue daily reports on construction or commissioning support activities.
• Maintain punch lists and lessons learned for the assigned work area.
• Collaborate across disciplines to support safe, high-quality, on-schedule project delivery.
