Job summary

Innova Software Services Inc. seeks an experienced Mechanical FEA Engineer to support mechanical simulation, structural analysis, and reliability evaluation of advanced electronic hardware and accelerator modules.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Ansys, HyperMesh, PCB/PCBA warpage simulations, and thorough knowledge of structural FEA, shock and vibration analysis to ensure product robustness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical finite element analysis (FEA)
• Proficiency with Ansys and HyperMesh for structural FEA and modal analysis
• PCB/PCBA warpage simulation and reliability evaluation of electronic hardware
• Experience with shock and vibration analysis of complex electronics
• Knowledge of SMT/PCB assembly considerations in simulations

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical simulation and structural analysis of electronic hardware and accelerator modules
• Conduct PCB/PCBA warpage simulations and reliability assessments
• Utilize Ansys and HyperMesh to develop accurate FE models and simulations
• Analyze shock and vibration response to ensure mechanical integrity of components
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to implement validated improvements
