Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a facilities professional.
• 2+ years in an assigned field, including mechanical systems or construction.
• Experience with the implementation or execution of design documents.
• Experience reviewing design documentation and identifying deficiencies and noncompliance.
• Ability to evaluate conditions and draft engineering memos with sound guidance.
• Ability to review and perform engineering calculations.
• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering review, coordination, and oversight for operations, maintenance, repair, and construction work.
• Oversee and coordinate activities with trade shops, prioritize work, inspect equipment, and review projects and work orders.
• Plan, conduct, and direct projects; manage schedule, funding, and day-to-day oversight.
• Evaluate contractor performance and integrate projects with field personnel.
• Provide weekly project status reports and assist with acquisition planning and site visits.
