Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a facilities professional.
• 2+ years in mechanical systems or construction.
• Experience with design documents execution and review.
• Ability to evaluate conditions and draft engineering memos.
• Ability to perform engineering calculations.
• Eligibility for TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• HS diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and direct projects or major phases and coordinate engineers and technical staff.
• Manage project design or construction efforts, including schedule, funding, and day-to-day oversight.
• Evaluate contractor performance and integrate projects with field personnel.
• Review and validate project change requests; provide weekly status reports.
• Support acquisition planning, execution, and administration with contracting teams.
• Assist with site visits and invoice support for payments.
• Prepare and monitor schedules; provide technical guidance on contracting and construction issues.
• Direct design efforts and oversee maintenance programs to optimize performance, cost, and schedule.
• Ensure data entry into MAXIMO and integration of systems.
