Job summary
A leading construction firm in Salt Lake City seeks a Senior Estimator to develop accurate cost estimates and lead estimating personnel. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with designers and clients, analyze risks, and manage Preconstruction resources. Ideal candidates will have experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection estimating, along with strong relationships with subcontractors. Qualifications
- 5 years of estimating experience preferred or 15 years relevant experience in construction.
- Ability to develop detailed estimates at a conceptual level with minimal design.
- Strong understanding of material specifications.
Responsibilities
- Develop precise and detailed construction cost estimates.
- Identify risk items and associated orders of magnitude.
- Collaborate with Preconstruction Leadership.
Skills
HVAC Estimating experience

Ability to forecast design and materials

Education
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
