Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction plans.

Responsibilities

• Estimate quantities and develop bid packages for projects.
• Review subcontractor bids and issue contracts; coordinate with vendors.
• Prepare, finalize, and review proposal/submittal documents.
• Support Managers/Project Managers with technical input and scheduling.
• Assist with estimating price and selling strategy; resolve scope deviations.
