Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in electromechanical hardware product development with ownership of complex launches.
• 2+ years of experience managing a technical team.

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership: guide a team of mechanical engineers to design and improve actuator products.
• Develop and manage actuator product roadmaps and project plans.
• Drive system-level design decisions across motors, packaging, thermal management, sensors, and power transfer.
• Mentor engineers through reviews and standards development; foster an inclusive team environment.
