Job summary

Boston Dynamics is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead a team designing high‑performance actuator electronics for next‑gen humanoid robotics. You will guide architecture, verification, manufacturing support, and field maintenance while mentoring engineers on a critical Atlas project.

You will drive electrical design, power electronics, and high‑density interconnects, balancing performance, reliability, and manufacturability in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Led a team to deliver high‑reliability actuator electronics.
• Experience designing electrical systems for electromechanical products.
• Strong understanding of motor drives and power electronics.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5–10 electrical engineers in designing and improving robotic actuators.
• Provide architectural and technical leadership across electrical system designs.
• Collaborate across disciplines to validate performance and reliability.
• Guide design reviews, simulations, and documentation.
