You will mentor engineers, coordinate cross-functional work, reinforce engineering practices, and maintain thorough documentation while delivering reliable, scalable solutions in a dynamic, high-reliability environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive mechanical engineering experience including design, prototyping, testing and manufacturing.
• 2+ years of progressive technical leadership and mentoring.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and working with customers, suppliers, and subject-matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Leads and contributes to mechanical design, troubleshooting, testing, and system integration across small- to medium-sized projects.
• Partners across Engineering, Fabrication, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, customers, and suppliers to resolve issues and move work forward.
• Helps coordinate priorities, track commitments, and surface risks or blockers with the Mechanical Engineering Supervisor.
• Mentors and supports team members through coaching, peer review, onboarding, and knowledge sharing while reinforcing strong engineering practices and documentation.
