Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science/engineering or equivalent education/experience.
• Hands-on accelerator systems experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional project work.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads implementation of process and system changes to improve production accelerator performance.
• Supports accelerator production to ensure consistent beam performance and reliability.
• Performs commissioning, validation, and factory acceptance testing of new accelerator systems.
• Tracks production processes with KPIs, downtime analysis, and yield investigations.
• Leads complex troubleshooting and root-cause investigations with corrective actions.
