• Strong mechanical testing methodologies and equipment troubleshooting.
• Experience analyzing test data and investigating failures.
• Ability to distinguish actual failures from false failures.
• Clear technical documentation and strong problem-solving skills.
• Onsite in Ohio for night shift.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and system owner for Zwick testing machines.
• Support daily equipment operations, troubleshooting, and testing.
• Investigate testing machine failures and identify root causes.
• Analyze test data to distinguish true failures from equipment-related ones.
• Support method validation and verification activities.
• Ensure procedures are followed and results are documented accurately.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate findings to Quality and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain testing documentation in line with quality/regulatory requirements.
