Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in semiconductor packaging, electronics assembly, or applications engineering.
• Proven ability to deliver customer-specific solutions on time.
• Experience with design and fabrication of elastomeric materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal design and development efforts for thermal interface materials.
• Support customer testing trials and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Prepare technical content such as application notes and design reports.
