Job summary

RTX (Raytheon Technologies) is seeking a skilled mechanical design engineer to support the Multi-Function RF System product line in McKinney, TX. You will design components and assemblies, ensure documentation accuracy, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to meet program goals.

The role requires a STEM degree with 3–5+ years of related experience, proficiency in Creo and Windchill, and the ability to work onsite in Texas.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 5+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience in mechanical design, development and production of hardware for military environments.
• Experience with technical data packages and production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical design, development, and documentation of components for tactical radar systems.
• Support factory and suppliers with product development, obsolescence, troubleshooting, and updates.
• Interface with engineering disciplines and suppliers to resolve technical challenges and meet schedule.
