Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (completed and verified).
• Minimum three (3) years of mechanical engineering experience in private, public, government or military environments.

Responsibilities

• Support product modifications, ongoing maintenance, and updates to ensure quality and performance.
• Lead troubleshooting and root‑cause investigations and develop data‑driven corrective actions.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customers.
• Execute validation testing, qualification updates, and documentation for sustaining activities.
• Evaluate and implement material, process, or design changes to improve reliability or reduce cost.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation including reports, drawings, change records, and presentations.
• Support cross‑functional teams and may lead technical workstreams.
• Ensure proper documentation of experimental work and contribute to IP reviews.
