Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience in mechanical design and product packaging.
• Expert-level proficiency in CAD modeling software.
• Familiar with structural finite element analysis and thermal computational fluid dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging and structural design of multi-MW cabinets.
• Design thermal dissipation systems for effective cooling.
• Create detailed CAD models and perform tolerance stack-up analyses.
• Participate in mechanical Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Support the fabrication and testing of physical prototypes.
