CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking a Lead Mechanical Design Engineer in the St. Louis area to drive concept-to-production of systems and components. You will use SolidWorks and CAD to develop robust designs, perform FEA and stress analyses, and coordinate prototyping with cross-functional teams.

You will mentor junior engineers, optimize manufacturing processes, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support product development and manufacturing readiness.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and at least five years of mechanical design and product development experience.
• Candidates should be proficient in SolidWorks and CAD, understand FEA, thermodynamics, materials science, manufacturing, and prototyping, and demonstrate project leadership, problem-solving, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical system and component design and product development from concept through production.
