Job summary

nLeague is seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with 5+ years of experience in product design and development. The candidate should have strong CAD skills, familiarity with manufacturing processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include designing components and assemblies using CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, or Inventor), creating detailed drawings and BOMs, supporting prototype development and testing, and applying GD&T, DFM, and DFA

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
5+ years of mechanical design experience.
Proficiency in SolidWorks, Creo, or Autodesk Inventor.
Strong knowledge of sheet metal, weldments, machining, and manufacturing processes.
Experience with GD&T and engineering drawings.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies using CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, or Inventor).
Create detailed 2D drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
Perform design modifications based on customer and manufacturing requirements.
Support prototype development, testing, and product validation.
Work closely with manufacturing, quality, and project teams to ensure successful product development.
Apply GD&T, DFM, and DFA principles in product designs.
