Job summary

SoloPoint Solutions, Inc. is seeking a senior mechanical/ electromechanical engineer to design and validate components for autonomous mobile robots. You will own CAD models, GD&T, tolerances, and BOMs to enable production release.

Lead prototype builds, DVT and reliability testing, and collaborate with suppliers and contract manufacturers on DFM/DFA, cost and quality improvements. Strong hands-on build/test experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years in robotics, automation, NPD, or complex electromechanical products.
• Hands-on design to production experience with electromechanical hardware.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate components for autonomous mobile robot platforms from concept to production.
• Own CAD models, drawings, GD&T, tolerance stack-ups, and BOM documentation.
• Lead prototype builds, DVT, reliability testing, and root-cause troubleshooting.
