Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering required; power generation or turbine service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• Ability to manage projects and collaborate across functions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reverse engineering of power generation components and analyze data to support continuous improvement.
• Utilize and develop fluency in reverse engineering tools and software.
• Create manufacturing models and drawings using CAD tools.
• Review supplier and MD&A deviation requests pre- and during manufacturing.
• Lead cross-organizational meetings to drive improvement and update status.
• Support development and field validation of new products and processes.
• Communicate effectively across MD&A Parts Division and with customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sourcing, Quality, Manufacturing, and Operations.
• Manage multiple reverse engineering projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel up to 10% to shops and power plant sites domestically and internationally.
