The role focuses on mechanical design integration of solid propulsion systems, creating CAD models, drawings, and specs for motor cases, nozzles, and insulation.

This role may be remote or located at Huntsville, AL; Niceville, FL; or Hampton, AR facilities, with travel up to 25% and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and 5-7 years' experience required
• Engineering degree required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate mechanical components for solid rocket motor systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics, and reports.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement procedures and resolve issues.
• Research proposals to evaluate feasibility, cost, and maintenance needs.
• Maintain configuration control and support manufacturing and test operations.
