Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in Engineering Technology or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in engineering lab, product development, manufacturing, or testing.
• Experience building prototypes, test fixtures, or mechanical assemblies.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Experience with test equipment and data acquisition systems.
• Proficient with Excel; PLC programming and data acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Build, assemble, and maintain prototypes, fixtures, and test equipment.
• Support product validation, reliability, and performance testing.
• Set up instrumentation and data acquisition systems; document results.
• Analyze test data and identify issues; assist design improvements.
• Troubleshoot prototype and test setup issues; provide solutions.
• Laboratory operations and documentation; maintain equipment.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
• Travel occasionally.
