You will leverage CAD in SolidWorks, apply GD&T, perform thermal and structural analyses, and mentor junior engineers while driving cost and manufacturability improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of mechanical design experience in high-reliability systems.
• Experience with precision mechanical assemblies and enclosures.
• Strong fundamentals in GD&T and tolerance stack-up.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical assemblies, components, and enclosures for semiconductor and display equipment.
• Apply GD&T, tolerance analysis, materials selection, and thermal/structural analysis.
• Collaborate with electrical, firmware, manufacturing and quality teams for system integration.
• Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and DFM/DFT improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and work with suppliers to ensure quality production.
