Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot difficult mechanical problems with limited supervision.
• Define, coordinate, perform and document engineering test reports.
• Develop or modify mechanical layouts, schematics, or drawings.
• Perform engineering analysis of complex scope with limited supervision.
• Lead projects, develop key suppliers and generate mechanical product specifications.
• Design, develop and implement custom mechanical tooling, fixturing and processes; enable assembly/disassembly of parts; establish standards.
• Specify and review engineering documentation.
• Communicate clearly and build consensus on complex issues.
