You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve product issues and drive continuous improvement, leveraging structured problem solving and data-driven analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of mechanical engineering experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Demonstrated ability to apply engineering fundamentals to problems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing performance, reliability, and lifecycle management of existing products.
• Solve complex technical and operational challenges with data-driven analysis and testing.
