Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of project management experience leading technical, engineering, manufacturing, or product-focused initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing project schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables within a structured product development or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering programs from concept through implementation, ensuring initiatives deliver business outcomes and customer value.
• Manage a portfolio of product sustainment and engineering change projects, including supplier transitions, component obsolescence mitigation, manufacturing process improvements, business continuity initiatives, quality improvements, and cost optimization efforts.
• Own project planning and execution, developing schedules, budgets, resource plans, governance processes, and implementation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive alignment and accountability across stakeholders, coordinating between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and other teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, removing obstacles and ensuring timely resolution of challenges that could impact objectives.
• Support product portfolio planning and continuous improvement, providing project estimates, resource assessments, performance insights, and executive reporting.
