Responsibilities

• Conduct Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), perform Energy Audits, commissioning, and forensic evaluations of MEPF Building Systems.
• Design, Construction Management, evaluations of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Systems.
• Provide estimations of probable costs to repair or replace systems.
• Peer review of building designs.
• Interact, coordinate, and communicate clearly with site personnel and clients.
• Contribute to a wide variety of projects, each with unique challenges and impact.
• Travel to project sites as needed.
