Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; PE license required.
• 10–20 years of mechanical engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of ASHRAE standards, building codes, and HVAC systems.
• Experience with renovation of historic buildings and cross-discipline coordination.
• Proficient with CAD, HVAC software, and MS Office/Project.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the CPS team and address MEP issues.
• Visit school sites to develop design solutions and resolve equipment issues.
• Develop design packages for AE firms and provide oversight of other firms.
• Communicate effectively and lead as required across audiences.
