BW Packaging Group is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to design, validate, and improve mechanical systems for form/fill/seal packaging machinery and feed systems. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, mentor junior staff, and deliver robust solutions that enhance performance and reliability.

The role emphasizes collaboration with customers, sales, and manufacturing, with a focus on applying state-of-the-art CAD tools and practical engineering judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Associate’s degree with 15 years of engineering/technical experience as alternative.
• Minimum 10 years of mechanical engineering experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience with materials, component selection, and machine shop processes.
• Experience with CAD and analysis tools (SolidWorks or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Design responsibility for individual components to complete integrated machine systems.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, engineers, manufacturing, and service teams.
• Research and prepare specifications.
• Develop and test prototypes.
• Document processes and train others.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
