Job summary

EO Solutions in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, and test mechanical systems for cutting-edge electro-optical products on-site. You will work with Electrical, Optical, Firmware, and Manufacturing teams to take concepts from design through production.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience, proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD, and hands-on experience with FEA/CFD. U.S. citizenship and relocation support are a strong plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years’ experience or Master’s with 3+ years; PhD a plus.
Proficient in SolidWorks for 3D modeling and AutoCAD for 2D drafting.
Strong experience with FEA and CFD simulation tools.
Solid understanding of materials, tolerancing, and design for manufacturing.
Experience in machining, additive manufacturing, or production methods.

Responsibilities

Design and develop mechanical components and systems for EO products.
Perform structural, thermal, and dynamic analysis using FEA/CFD tools.
Create 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
Support system integration and testing of mechanical and electro-optical assemblies.
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure DFM.
Contribute to prototype builds, reviews, and iterative development cycles.
